You can cancel mail order purchases with us within 14 days after you have received the item or exchange the item for a different size. *For Christmas gifts purchased in December, exchange/open purchase always applies until January 30. *Some special products that are not in stock do not have the right to exchange/open purchase, in those cases it is stated in the product description in the online store. Our more expensive replicas and collector's items are delivered with a seal on the packaging. If this seal is broken, open purchase does not apply. We do this so that our customers receive products in impeccable condition.

PURCHASE AGE - 18 YEARS & 21 YEARS - CERTAIN PRODUCTS

Some of our products have an age limit when purchasing. For knives, swords and axes with sharp edges, the age limit is 21 years, and for our license-free telescopic batons, the age limit is 18 years. For all our blunted collector's swords and collector's weapon replicas, the age limit is 18 years. We check against the public population register that the customer is of the correct age when ordering, the order is only sent to the Population Registration address. We ask our buyers to note that according to the Knife Act, it is illegal to carry a knife or telescopic baton in a public place, for example in a square or in a school (unless you carry these in your profession or as a hunter in the forest).
