Size Change

As our customer, you can easily switch to another size within 30 days after your purchase. For a size exchange must be Approved, the product should be in the same condition as when you received it (such as boots should be tested indoors.

Do the following when changing:

1) Pack the product well, as you wish to change. It must be returned in their original packaging (if supplied). Enable wrapping paper around the package.

2) Place a note in the package with the name and order number (easiest is a copy of your packing slip). Enter the new size you wish.

When we received the goods in return and found that it is not damaged, we will credit or pay back what you paid for the goods. Attach copy of the invoice and bank account information.

Returned merchandise must be unopened and unused. For our gloves, jackets, pants and boots, however, one exception, the client has the right to try the product to fit inside.

All shipping costs associated with repentance & cancelled buy (including our company's shipping costs), the customer will pay for.
