This is a replica of the beautiful deer catcher used by the Swedish army from the late 17th century to 1774. It is made with a brass, wood and leather sheath, as well as quality steel. The deer catcher originally comes from Germany where it was mostly used for hunting before finding its way into the Swedish army.
