Lead free ammunition is nothing new to air force. The problem is that there have been few (if any) alternatives that simultaneously offer precision that matches the performance of modern air guns. Until now.The JSB has managed to develop a shape, a material and a manufacturing method that finally makes lead-free an option for match precision. The design is based on JSB's match diabolics with a platform for 10m range shooting. The diabets use a heavy metal-free alloy with a very smooth shape. To compensate for the lubricating properties of the lead, the diabolics are treated with a special lubricant.
