Walther OSK 1 Tactical Field Knife

The OSK I features a massive blade paired with an extra-large handle. This allows for two distinct grip positions: further back for increased chopping power, or further forward for greater control and leverage when whittling. The blade itself has a unique shape, incorporating a recurve section—useful for tasks like removing bark—and a broad spine that can be struck to apply extra force. The spine of the handle extends in a straight line toward the tip, allowing the knife to function as a spearhead when attached to a suitable shaft. A handguard keeps fingers safely away from the cutting edge. Crafted from 440C stainless steel with a protective black coating, the blade features a full-length tang for enhanced stability, extending all the way from the tip to the hole at the rear. The polymer handle includes non-slip rubber inserts. When not in use, the OSK is protected by a nylon sheath with a plastic insert; the sheath is equipped with one long loop and four narrow transverse loops for belt attachment.
