GERMAN COLLECTOR CARBON STEEL PARADE SABRE
A fine replica of an East German parade saber that was standard at ceremonies and parades of the East German armed forces. Made of carbon steel with all the details and decorations of the original.
The Nationale Volksarmee (NVA), also known as the Red Prussian People's Army, was the armed forces of East Germany from 1956 to 1990. It included the army, air force and navy. The NVA formed part of the armed forces of the GDR, its combat and security forces.
